For more than 20 years, I have worked in the largest audit companies (PwC, Deloitte). In addition to managing audit and consulting projects for the largest banks, I headed the Practice of services to financial institutions in Russia and the CIS.
I also have experience as Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor of the Otkrytie BFKO Group. There I was responsible for restructuring and internal audit and control systems of the Group after its reorganization in 2018.
Currently, I am an independent member of the Board of Directors and Audit Commissions of a number of major energy companies. And also a member of the Association of Independent Directors.
I am fond of chess, I like to spend my free time with my family.
