Consent to the collection, storage, transfer and processing of personal data

1. Acting of my own free will and volition and for my benefit and asserting my legal capacity, I hereby give my specific, relevant, informed, deliberate and explicit consent to Beterra JSC's processing my personal data other than special or biometric in any way or manner (including the completion of web forms, questionnaires, surveys etc. on websites) on the terms and conditions below.

2. Purpose of processing: to familiarize me with Beterra JSC's services and products under development and obtain information about focused studies and publications, events in progress and opportunities to attend webinars and conferences.

3. List of personal data:

• last name, first name and patronymic (if any);
• e-mail address;
• job title;
• place of employment;
• telephone number.

4. The consent is given to the processing of personal data with and without automation, including hybrid processing.

5. The processing of personal data will involve the following activities: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification) retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction and transfer (provision and access).

6. My personal data can be disclosed to third parties providing services to provide, support and maintain information systems, software, facilities, hardware and other assets if necessary for the purposes specified in this consent.

7. The personal data processing consent shall be valid until withdrawn. A description of the procedure for the withdrawal of consent is provided in the Policy for Processing Personal Data and other Disclosures posted on the website of Beterra JSC.
