I started my carrier in the sphere of audit at KPMG in 1995, yet I always felt that, first and foremost, I am an entrepreneur and only then - a specialist. This knowledge about myself has always guided my choices. In 2001, I partnered with several of my colleagues and we established our own audit and consulting firm. At that time such start-ups were rather new phenomenon in the Russian professional services market - the experience that I received stays relevant up to this day.

In 2003 we successfully merged with Grant Thornton Russia (since 2015 Baker Tilly Russia). Soon after the merger I became the head of the unified firm's audit practice. Certain clients that were with me as of the moment of merger are still with the firm as of now.

During my 20 plus years of practice I acquired extensive experience of providing services to financial companies and banks, construction companies and various industrial enterprises. I also have proven track record of successful work with large Russian private and public companies as well as listed multinationals. Some of our clients underwent successful IPOs in recent years.

During my years with the company (since February, 20 2023 due to the exit from the international network, Baker Tilly Russia has been operating under the name of Beterra) we carried out a number of successful mergers with other companies and significantly strengthened our position in the Russian market. Our team of like-minded partners managed to create a full-fledged partnership which will become the cornerstone of our sustainable growth. I am positive about this because I have a clear understanding that my future equity partners (business owners), who will be sharing on equal terms all risks and benefits of our mutual business, are already working with me.

I am a member of FCCA, CFA Institute (CFA Charterholder) and hold PhD in economics. Over the last few years I have been acting as an independent director on the Board of Directors of a number of large companies.
