I have been practicing tax since 1995.
For more than 25 years, I have worked for major audit companies (Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, Deloitte), and also headed the tax divisions of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Credit Suisse investment Bank, and DeltaCredit Comercial Bank.
I have significant experience in managing tax risks under Russian and international law, restructuring issues, resolving tax disputes with tax authorities (including in pre-trial proceedings), receiving written clarifications from the Russian Ministry of Finance on complex and controversial tax issues, and conducting legislative activities to develop and amend tax legislation.
I have experience in running my own business.
I am fond of tennis, travellig and going to theaters. I like to spend my free time with my family.
