I have been engaged in audit practice since 1996. I currently work with both Russian and international clients with focus on operational and financial audit (IFRS and RAS), provision of services for the implementation and subsequent evaluation of internal control system (including SOX) and Business Process Analysis. My specialist area is IFRS and RAS accounting, and construction, implementation and effective functioning of internal control system. I graduated fr om Accounting and Audit Department of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 1996 to 2015, worked at Grant Thornton, wh ere in 2007 was appointed Director and Head of the BRS (Business Risk services) service line, and then since 2012 have been an audit partner. In 2015, when Grant Thornton Russia became a member of Baker Tilly International, joined Baker Tilly in Russia as a partner (since January 20, 2023, in connection with the exit from the international network, it has been operating under the name of Beterra). In the period from 2012-2015, I headed the Budget and Reporting Committee of the Audit Chamber of Russia. I have an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) and a unified auditor qualification certificate. I am fond of mountain skiing, horseracing, like to travel, and go to the theater and fine art museums.
