Financial Institutions

Project management for conducting audits (Financial Institutions) and providing related services.
- Key Accountabilities
- audits of RAS and IFRS;
- validation of financial records;
- formation of transformation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- overseeing the project at all stages;
- full communication with customers;
- drafting of a complex ( consolidated , the first application of IFRS , construction , leasing , etc.) to IFRS in English;
- performance of audit procedures in all sections reporting;
- preparation of commercial offers;
- billing customers;
- prepare time budgets for the implementation of projects;
- participation in the preparation of in-house training;
- personnel management to improve the efficiency of project management;
- supervising the work of the audit teams and mentoring subordinates;
- performing additional administrative functions.
Job Requirements
- university degree ( economics, finance , accounting );
- experience in external audit at least 6 years;
- the ability to conduct a minimum of 3 projects simultaneously;
- a certificate or a qualification of the auditor (Russian , ACCA , SPA , etc.);
- the ability to properly prepare budgets and monitor their execution;
- skills of independent conducting commercial negotiations with clients;
- a good knowledge of Russian accounting;
- in-depth knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply knowledge in practice;
- knowledge of Russian and international accounting standards;
- knowledge of the plan of accounts , correspondence posting , reporting, and its sections;
- knowledge of financial ratios;
- knowledge of business English and basic financial terms;
- ability to find errors in accounting and reporting , and prepare the items Letters to the Guidelines;
- ability to test the control system at the client and make its evaluation;
- skill training to all forms of audit at the planning stage and completion of the audit;
- a good knowledge of Excel and its basic functions;
- willingness to travel (10%).
